Most families are familiar with our Fall Season. It is during the Fall Season that we register hundreds of kids, organize dozens of teams, have an Opening Day Parade and hold a Picture Day. When you see the kids playing soccer at our parks during the late summer and early fall, this is the season they are playing.
AYSO is 100% volunteer run, and we are looking for people to fill the roles of Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager and Referee. We cannot run our league without YOU! Antelope AYSO provides all training and equipment needed to successfully fulfill your volunteer responsibilities.
Registration for the Fall Season usually begins in the middle of March, and continues to the beginning of June. Only players that are registered before the close date are guaranteed a spot on a team. After that date, you will be placed on a wait list until we have determined how many teams will have. Be sure to check this website and look for flyers and banners announcing our registration dates. If you want to receive emails from us please create a username and password on our site.
Practices usually begins August 1. Games will be scheduled from August through November and all games will be played on Saturday mornings. The season ends with a Regional Tournament scheduled just before Thanksgiving each year, weather permitting. Our 5U, 6U, 7U, 8U, 10U and 16/19U divisions will play their games at the same park all season long. Our 12U and 14U divisions will play their home games here in Antelope, but will also travel to other communities for their away games. Currently our Area includes the communities of Antelope, Rio Linda, Davis, Esparto, Winters, and Colusa County.
IN PERSON REGISTRATION DATES:No in person registration for Fall registration this year.
UNIFORMS:
Uniforms are NOT included in the registration fee and may be purchased for $35. During the Fall Season each player wears the same versatile uniform. Previous jerseys are reversible between gold and the purple pattern, and new jerseys are solid purple and solid gold. The shorts are black, and the socks are black. Uniforms from previous fall seasons are always acceptable. This consistency in uniform design allows families to save money by reusing jerseys year-after-year.
